Have you noticed the scarce supply of homes in Cape Coral lately?

We are quickly approaching the 2,000 single family home mark. That's incredible considering 18 months ago we had over 4,800 homes on the market while 30 months ago we had over 6,200 available homes. Home prices are still FAR BELOW replacement cost, which makes this STILL A GREAT TIME TO INVEST IN PARADISE!
