The NAR's largest Conference & Expo will be in Las Vegas this year from November 13-16!

This is a great event that NAR does once a year and I learn so much! It is really worth the trip! There are NO LIMITS to what I can gain! More then 700 Exhibitors will be there. Network with thousands of Real Estate professionals from around the world and see hundreds of programs to help me in my Real Estate Career. All this will be held at the Venetian Resort Hotel and Casino and the Sands Expo and Convention Center. And ofcourse lets not forget the fun I will have!!!!

The guest Speaker this year is Bill Cosby and the Realtors Celebrity Concert introduces James Taylor.

Last year the NAR's Conference & Expo was is New Orleans and that was the first time our Executive Board attended and it was fantastic! New Orleans 2006 National Association of Realtors Conference & Expo

Home Buying Process
November 1st, 2007 9:17 PM

If you've purchased a home before, I'm sure you know all of the crazy things that can happen when trying to close.  If this will be your first home buying experience, then you're in for one of the most exciting times in your life.

I can't promise that everything in your future transaction will go perfectly and exactly
as planned.  No real estate professional can promise that to their clients.  What I can promise you is that I have the knowledge and experience necessary to get you through
the process alive!

There are several steps to the process that I want you to know about up front.  Once we find the perfect home for you there will be several other players in the game.  There will be appraisers, inspectors, lenders, other real estate agents, and title insurance companies all working together to close your deal.  Of course, any time there are that many cooks in the kitchen, there can be tension.  My job is to make sure that all of these players understand the common goal – to get you into your beautiful new home.

If you have any questions about any step in the process of buying a home, please contact me anytime.  I am available by phone at (239) 229-9466 or you can e-mail me at carol@acquestrealestate.com .  I can't wait to hear from you.

Sincerely,

Get Your FREE Credit Report
November 1st, 2007 9:08 PM

Are you thinking of buying a home but unsure of your eligibility for a mortgage loan? Your first step is to obtain a credit report to ensure your credit activities are up to date and correct. The information in your credit report affects whether you can get a mortgage loan and what kind of interest rate you will qualify for.

Did you know that you can receive your credit report for free? A recent amendment to the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) requires each credit reporting agency – Experian, Equifax and TransUnion – to provide you with a free copy of your credit report, at your request, once every year.

How to get your free credit report:

The three credit reporting agencies have set up one central website, toll-free telephone number, and mailing address through which you can order your free annual report.

On the Web: www.annualcreditreport.com

Telephone: 877-322-8228

Mail in this Annual Credit Report Request Form to:
Annual Credit Report Request Service
P.O. Box 105281
Atlanta, GA 30348-5281

When you’re ready to start your home search, I’d be happy to help you through the process. I’ll do everything I can to take the stress out of your home buying experience. That way you can focus on getting the home you’ve always dreamed of!

I look forward to hearing from you.
